ApexSentinel is a recurring WhatsApp alert service that delivers real-time Formula 1 race intelligence to subscribed users.

2. Information We Collect

When you subscribe to ApexSentinel, we collect the following information:

• Phone number — used exclusively to deliver WhatsApp alerts during F1 sessions.
• Driver preferences — which F1 drivers you want to receive alerts about.
• Alert thresholds (Pro tier) — optional custom sensitivity settings for detectors.
• Subscription tier — your selected plan (Starter or Pro).

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Send you WhatsApp race alerts for your selected drivers during live F1 sessions.
• Prevent duplicate notifications within the same session.
• Manage your subscription and billing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering your WhatsApp alerts.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by session type and on-track activity. Typical frequency is 10–15 messages per race, with fewer during practice and qualifying. You will only receive messages during live F1 session windows.

6. Message Delivery

Alerts are delivered via WhatsApp. An active WhatsApp account and internet connection are required to receive messages.

7. Opting Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any ApexSentinel message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent.

9. Data Retention

We retain your phone number and preferences for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or opt-out, your personal data is deleted within 30 days.

Your data is stored in a secured database with row-level security enabled. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp before taking effect.
